Project Overview
Cinco Auto is a ground-up, one-story, 12,871 square foot automotive center and car wash. They expanded their brand to the Katy / Cinco Ranch area with a second automotive repair facility and car wash. The building exterior is a mix of smooth stone, brick and textured EIFS which fits perfectly into the community aesthetic and nearby residential communities. The interior customer waiting area features open ceilings and abundant windows so customers can see their car going through the wash process from start to finish.
