Each month we look to highlight one of our employees and the great work that they do here at Method!
Jason works for the buildings team in the Houston office. He grew up in the small town of Scott, Louisiana in the heart of Cajun Country and received his Master of Architecture at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette!
Check out our latest catch up with Jason:
What first interested you in architecture?
I’m not sure where it started, but I’ve always been interested in how things are put together and assembling them; model cars, Lego, puzzles, etc. Coming up with unique designs and the challenge of figuring out how it will be constructed keeps it fun and interesting.
What past project are you most proud of and why?
It’s hard to choose just one, but I’m proud of the many breweries I worked with in the past. It’s a lot of fun to visit them now that they are open and see people enjoying the atmosphere that I’ve helped create.
What do you enjoy most about being a part of #TeamMethod?
I enjoy the environment. Easy going workplace with a lot of fun things to do in the office or nearby when you need a break.
Outside of work, what are your favorite hobbies and things to do?
My passion for craft beer has me exploring all of the local breweries to try the new beers that are constantly coming out. Gotta try ‘em all!
