Tell me about your career aspirations:
Well, in my current role at Method, I’m aspiring to be Sue from Veep ?.
I guess to continue making this office as efficient as possible. Can I aspire to be a freelancer of all the things I’m interested in? Currently, I’m pursuing a career in costume design.
What is favorite part about working at Method?
I like that the position I have at Method. It lets me interact with everyone in the office on a daily basis. I get to experience a part of everyone’s lives that wouldn’t necessarily happen if I was confined to a specific team.
What has been your favorite memory during your time with Method?
Favorite memory is more of a gradual one…I’ve been relishing in the familiarity process that comes with having worked with people for long periods of time. The moments when you become friends with your coworkers and become more comfortable with them that fosters this comradery environment, which I think is essential to productivity. Learning others work styles and personalities lets you adjust your own interactions with them, resulting in them becoming more efficient in their roles.
Outside of work, what are your favorite hobbies and things to do?
Aside from catching up on my homework, I enjoy exploring different artistic avenues like photography, painting, and fashion. I get very interested in topics and want to learn everything about the process and see if that resonates with my own personal style of artistic expression. When I am able to, I love running and even ran collegiate cross country. I love the sense of freedom it makes me feel and is a true joy even when I’m out of shape ?. I like being outside of the house and going places, but my favorite is to be home with my husband and two dogs.
