Our team designed and produced Construction Documents for this 5-floor, 130,000 SF office building in the San Clemente Office Park owned and managed by HPI. This class A office space was designed for large tenants and features a prominent position along the Capital of Texas Highway and with views to the bridge and forested north and south shores of Lake Austin. Parking at 3800 San Clemente is in tandem with the existing office building 3700 San Clemente completed in 2015. Like the larger existing building it uses grades and its thin concrete frame to achieve five levels within the zoning height limitations. Both buildings share a common pallet of warm toned precast exterior with bright metal and glass windows. The main floor lobby extends through the building connecting visitor parking in the front and garage parking in the back. The covered bridge to the garage features overlook seating along the connected path. The lobbies are finished with detailed wood panels, granite and patterned terrazzo floors in the generous atrium entrance. The project construction was suspended and a restart is pending.
