HPI 3700 San Clemente

PI Davenport West is a 285,000 SF, 5-story office building with an associated parking garage that is designed to structurally support another office building in the future. The client wanted a facility that would make the most of the site’s dynamic topography and blend in seamlessly with the existing office park’s vernacular, all while updating the architecture to meet current and future standards for Class A office space in Austin.

The result is a striking precast concrete and glass building that takes advantage of a rise in elevation to provide direct access and visibility from the major surrounding roadways. The parking garage cuts into the hillside to minimize its visual prominence, and all office levels have continuous windows around the perimeter to offer expansive views. The floor plates are designed to accommodate single user or multi-tenant finish-outs in high density, flexible open or closed office spaces, and each level has multiple points of vertical circulation located specifically to maximize this flexibility.
