At Method Architecture, our client-first approach drives a design process built on collaboration. We continuously share ideas with you, transforming your vision into practical solutions. Here’s an expanded look at our design process:

Benchmarking
We start by getting to know you and your operations. Understanding what you like—and what you don’t—helps us tailor our approach to fit your needs perfectly.

Define the Project
Defining the project involves in-depth discussions to understand your goals and the scope of your project. This discovery phase includes brainstorming charrettes to set clear project objectives and align all key stakeholders. It’s about making sure our services cover everything you need.

Collect Information
Next, we gather detailed information about the site conditions and the project’s typology. This phase lays the groundwork for the design concept, ensuring we fully understand your vision and building requirements.

Brainstorm Ideas
Our team collaborates internally to discuss creative solutions through visioning exercises, precedent images, and mood boards. We put together a design presentation that brings your ideas to life, always considering budget and schedule constraints. Programming during this phase is iterative, defining the project’s building blocks and ensuring clear communication and honesty about priorities.

Present Solutions
We present design solutions in a clear, understandable manner, typically offering two schemes for your consideration. Our goal is to speak your language and ensure you grasp the proposed designs fully.

Gather Feedback
Your feedback is crucial. As a feedback-first firm, we rely on your input to confirm alignment with your vision. This step ensures we’re on the same page before moving forward.

Refine Design
Taking your feedback, we refine the design, translating concepts into detailed plans, schedules, and specifics. We iterate on the design until it meets the goals set out in the initial phase. This often involves revisiting brainstorming sessions to perfect the details.

Final Design
Once the concept is approved, we move to the final design phase, confident that we’ve met your needs, vision, and budget. This phase signifies that we’re ready to transition to the next stage of the project.

Our design process is dynamic and interconnected, ensuring every step aligns with your goals. We don’t proceed to the final design until we’ve thoroughly covered each phase, ensuring a solution that fits your vision and requirements perfectly.
