Melissa Pasche Appointed to Chief Financial Officer
(April 6, 2021) – Houston, TX – Melissa Pasche, CPA, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Method Architecture. Pasche has over 15 years of experience in professional accounting, finance, and operational leadership, including financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Pasche has been with Method Architecture since 2016.
“Melissa has guided Method through a merger, multiple acquisitions, new market and service line launches, platform and process overhauls, and long-term vision planning,” said Jake Donaldson, Managing Partner at Method Architecture. “Her skills extend beyond financial reporting, analysis, and strategy – she’s also a thought leader at the firm, providing unique perspective on culture, people development, and other critical aspects of the firm’s unique, ego-free identity. Melissa brings extensive technical expertise, but she also gets what we’re trying to do here and plays an active part in shaping it.”
Method Architecture was ranked among the fastest growing companies in Texas by Inc. magazine, through the Inc. Regional Series, an award recognizing the fastest growing private companies in Texas based on revenue growth over a three-year period.
Pasche’s new role will include strategic financial leadership, utilizing data analytics to inform key decisions for firm growth, and identifying new opportunities for the firm as well as areas for increased efficiency.

Method Architecture has seen consistent growth since it was established in 2016 through the merger of Houston-based Architects Plus and Three Square Design Group. The firm has since expanded into three additional markets including Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. The firm has grown from 34 employees and 1 location in 2016 to 51 employees and 4 locations in 2020. Pasche has been a key player in the strategic growth and management of the firm during this period.
Melissa Pasche is a Certified Public Accountant and previously served as Manager of Operations Control Americas at Air Liquide and a Senior Audit Specialist at Deloitte. Pasche has a Masters of Accounting from Texas A&M University.
