Finial Group

Method Architecture transformed a former Houston church into a contemporary office environment for Finial Group, a commercial real estate firm. The adaptive reuse project included a complete interior renovation and conversion of the building’s second floor into a modern workplace, along with a significant exterior façade renovation that gave the former church a new commercial identity.

Inside, the design introduces an open office layout with polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and suspended acoustic clouds to create a clean, industrial character. The exterior transformation builds on that same aesthetic, layering gray metal veneer over the existing tilt-wall construction and adding a new metal canopy and exterior stair with diamond-plate treads.

Together, the interior conversion and façade improvements repositioned the existing building for its new use while creating a workplace that reflects Finial Group’s contemporary, real estate-focused brand.
