Miller Grossbard Advisors

Miller Grossbard Advisors is a corporate interiors office buildout of an accounting firm in the new MKT mixed-use development located in the Heights neighborhood of Houston. The firm’s branding colors that the interior design took cues from are a bright red that appears in the metal framework, kitchen cabinets and backsplash, and various furniture pieces. Four open-office concepts were implemented in the layout with private offices separating them while huddle spaces and conference rooms lined the exterior of the building. A spacious multi-use breakroom and training room was also included at the corner of the building.

The shell building for MGA’s office was made with tilt-wall structures which required structural kickers to connect the tilt-walls to the roof. These structural pieces are exposed in the interior with the open-office design so to help them blend in with the interior design concept, they were painted bright red to match the rest of the metal framework throughout the interior.
