Microchem Laboratory

Microchem Laboratory is a two-story office building housing office, lab and collaboration spaces. The building design utilizes concrete tilt-wall construction with integrated stone veneer, curtain wall glazing and a wood accented canopy to soften the modern exterior facade. The interior promotes a clean and transparent work environment by the use of light colors and lots of glass, allowing vision from the entry lobby directly into the lab spaces. A large, two-story break room was designed to hold meetings for the entire company and provide a relaxing lounge space for Microchem’s employees.
