With its striking combination of expansive oak trees, modern design and rich textural landscape, this newly designed courtyard entices tenants from neighboring buildings to get outside.  Pairing perfectly with the way Austin works and plays, the courtyard offers multiple workstations with USB and power capabilities, a massive shade structure for all sorts of gatherings, an endless array outdoor seating options, a sturdy ping pong table and a designated food truck zone.

This courtyard filled with expansive oak trees provided the design team with both a design challenge and a wonderful opportunity.  GSC Architects embraced the natural landscape and engaged the oak trees to create a graceful flow through the courtyard  with a winding steel runnel and paths of decomposed granite, native charcoal limestone and IPE wood deck.
