TMBCI DETENTION FACILITY

Our team undertook the planning, creation of the Program of Requirements, and the development of a 20% conceptual design for a 60-bed adult detention facility for the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians in Belcourt, ND. Upon completing the conceptual design, we were contracted to bring the project to 100% design completion. The scope of work for this project includes the construction of a ground-up, single-story building that will serve as an adult detention facility with a maximum capacity of 60 beds. The facility will feature dormitories, holding and transport cells, a public lobby, and visitation areas.
