Designed to accommodate a variety of logistics and manufacturing operations, the project features flexible loading configurations, including front-load, rear-load, and cross-dock buildings, ensuring adaptability for diverse tenant needs. The development offers clear heights ranging from 32 to 40 feet, 185’+ truck courts, and customizable office build-outs, providing both efficiency and scalability for businesses.
