The Crystal Boarding School project consists of the demolition of existing facilities, and construction of an approximately 64,650 GSF K-8 boarding school including school buildings, student dormitories, staff quarters, and a maintenance building. Within the approximately 31-acre site, site improvements associated with the new school including access drives, parking lots, sidewalks, utilities, and drainage. The proposed project area is approximately 7.35 acres of development. Method Architecture completed the 20% design deliverable.
