Lonestar Electric Supply

Lonestar Electric Supply is an electrical distribution company with multiple locations across the state of Texas. As a rapidly growing company, Lonestar Electric Supply partnered with Method Architecture to design three, new office warehouse facilities to support their growing operation in Central Texas. This project marks the completion of the three-building development for Lonestar Electric Supply, with the first two facilities located in Manor, Texas. Building 3 in San Antonio is a 72,800-square-foot tilt-wall warehouse with 8,000 square feet of office space featuring modern offices, conference rooms, training areas, a service counter, and warehouse space with 32-foot clear heights.

Building 1, a 50,000-square-foot tilt-wall warehouse with 4,000 square feet of office space, and Building 2, an 80,000-square-foot tilt-wall warehouse with 8,000 square feet of office space. Building 3 in San Antonio was designed as a site-adapted version of Building 2, maintaining key design elements while accommodating project-specific requirements.
