Carr Lane Manufacturing Co.

The Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. project is a manufacturing facility located in Elgin, Texas, designed to accommodate the client’s growth and a new generation of metal machining tools. The facility is a 50,000 square foot replacement facility that includes machine tools flanked by office, specialty parts cleaning, a packaging/shipping center, and employee areas. The project was schedule-driven from the outset to meet development obligations, so long lead packages were issued to the CMAR to minimize supply chain delays experienced by many in 2022. The project was completed on schedule despite multiple supply and infrastructure challenges.

The project team provided services such as programming, architecture, interior design, construction documents, and construction administration.
