City Cellars HTX

City Cellars is a 5,238-square-foot interior build-out located in East River Building E, designed to bring an elevated wine bar experience to a vibrant mixed-use setting. As architect for the project, Method developed a hospitality-focused environment that balances warmth, sophistication, and functionality to create a memorable destination for gathering, tasting, and social connection.

The design centers on creating an inviting atmosphere that supports both the operational needs of a restaurant environment and the experiential qualities expected of a modern wine bar. Thoughtful spatial planning, guest flow, and hospitality-driven design strategies shape a space that feels polished yet approachable—supporting everything from casual visits to more curated dining and tasting experiences.
