Control Panels USA is a 106,129-square-foot office, manufacturing, training, and warehouse facility in Georgetown, Texas. The project transformed an existing warehouse shell into a space that supports the company’s office, production, training, quality control, and storage needs.
The facility includes approximately 48,400 square feet of manufacturing and fabrication space, 30,200 square feet of warehouse space, and 23,200 square feet of office space, along with dedicated training and break areas. The production areas were planned to support Control Panels USA’s specialized operations, including work cells, wiring areas, material handling, finishing, and equipment such as a milling robot, paint booth, brake press, oven, palletizer, and overhead gantry.
The result is a flexible industrial workplace that supports both day-to-day office functions and the technical demands of manufacturing, testing, and production.
