Project Overview
Finial Group, a real estate company, office is located on the second story of a two-tenant build out with 2,614 SF and consisted of a complete remodel and conversion from a church into office space. A contemporary, industrial feel was incorporated with open office space, polished concrete flooring, open ceilings and hanging “clouds”. In addition to the interior remodel, the exterior façade was revamped with a grey metal veneer on top of the existing tilt walls, as well as a new metal Avadek canopy that helped create a modern, industrial finish. An exterior stair helped create a unique look with metal materials and diamond plate treads.
