Project Overview
Legacy at Falcon Point, a luxury one story assisted living facility in Katy, Texas, consists of 71 units, a full service commercial kitchen and three interior courtyards. The building design capitalizes on a central corridor with an abundance of natural light and space for relaxing and interacting with the community. This mixed use facility features amenities including a movie theater, salon, fitness center and game room to allow residents to live conveniently and maintain their independence.
