Project Overview
This luxury two-story assisted facility consists of 84 units, a full service commercial kitchen, movie theater, sports bar, and two interior courtyards. The design team turned the preexisting site conditions of the woodlands and wetlands into an aesthetic opportunity; creating a nostalgic retreat for the residents.
