This project involved the design and build-out of a new tenant office within an existing shell space that we previously completed. The design was tailored to align with the tenant’s brand identity and specific operational needs, ensuring a cohesive and functional workspace. The total area spans 74,697 square feet, with 6,369 square feet dedicated to office space and the remaining 68,328 square feet allocated for warehouse operations. The project seamlessly integrates office and warehouse functionality, providing an efficient and visually cohesive environment that supports the tenant’s business objectives.
