Project Overview
5555 Morningside in Rice Village is an adaptive reuse project that remodeled the interior shell work and exterior patio, and public pedestrian space. This two story building has a total of 30,000 SF with each floor being 15,000 SF. The goal for the design of this project was to be coherent with the Rice Village area while providing a unique identity and allow it to be flexible for the client and various tenants throughout the years.
