Project Overview
This project consists of three single story, tilt wall buildings totaling 441,520 SF. The site layout was developed with maximum efficiency in mind and strong consideration to the natural site conditions for drainage, pedestrian vehicular access, and a large volume of daily 18-wheeler accessibility.
Due to local jurisdictional requirements, our team designed the buildings and truck court layout around 3 large heritage oak trees that would remain after construction was complete. Each entry point into the buildings were planned as future office locations and strategically utilized glazing for natural light and an exterior facade design to draw attention to specific aspects of the building which supported the necessary way finding tactics.
