Whole Foods Express

Whole Foods Express is a 3,500 SF build-out at Riata Corporate Park. This is to be the main campus amenity, located in the heart of this eight-building office complex. The goal of this project was to create a place where tenants can merely grab and go or sit and enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee. Working hand in hand with the Whole Foods team we were able to create a space that is unique to Riata, but felt like Whole Foods. For the finishes and color palette of the space we used cool earth tones and reclaimed products such as, refinished truck deck. The scope of services included schematic design, an equipment book, coordination of the equipment, millwork drawings, construction documents, finishes, furniture selection, and construction phase services.
