Project Overview
Situated in close proximity to the new Samsung Taylor site, Taylorport Rail Park is a master-planned rail-served logistics and industrial park located in Taylor, TX. The park is served by two Class 1 rail carriers, and will offer switching, transloading, and storage services.
Totaling 750 acres, the project will deliver in phases. Building 1 is a 366,785 SF crossdock with a 36’ clear height.
