This project is a two-story ground-up non-profit outreach center for middle and high school students. Free art, dance and music lessons are offered here, as well as academic tutoring. Phase 1 of the project consisted of building out the 1st floor for the different programs offered.
Phase 2 of the project consisted of a 2nd floor build out for dorms and living quarters.
