Greenwood Amenity Center

Greenwood Amenity Center is an open-air amenity center that provides public seating, restrooms, and a pool storage room that serves the local Greenwood residential development. The amenity center is part of the overall master plan that includes outdoor game/family areas and a community pool. Lennar Corporation has an overall theme for the Greenwood residential development of ‘Texas Farmhouse’. It was important to keep this in mind when designing the amenity center to help tie it in with the rest of the development and neighborhood entrance. From the white barn house style with green accents to the wooden picnic tables and stacked stone, each element and finish was chosen carefully to flow with the overall theme of the master plan.
