Project Overview
Katy United is a private volleyball club used for trainings, practice, hosting events, and office space for managing the business aspect of the club. This facility includes 6 volleyball courts as well as 3 basketball courts. There is also a tenant space to be leased out on the ground floor. The design intent was to create a modern, elegant building with ample natural light that would serve as a volleyball gym. The client’s vision was to create a home away from home and have an eye-catching space where the needs of the athletes are the main focus. We worked to ensure the client’s design goals were met while also prioritizing the budget – a great deal of extra time and care was taken to ensure the success of this project. The project was completed during summer of 2021.
