Villas at Birnham Woods

Method Architecture partnered with the development team to design Villas at Birnham Woods, a 10.55-acre, 122-unit single-family rental community that blends the privacy of detached living with the amenities and connectivity of a professionally managed neighborhood. The community features a central clubhouse, resort-style pool, shared green spaces, surface parking, and tuck-under garages, creating an engaging and resident-focused environment. Working closely with Montgomery County, Montgomery County MUD No. 119, and environmental consultants, the team navigated complex permitting, drainage, and site planning challenges associated with on-site wetlands. The result is a thoughtfully planned community that balances market demands, environmental stewardship, and a high-quality residential experience.
