Lennar San Antonio Office Expansion

Interior remodel of 12,574 SF of office space across two floors for Lennar’s San Antonio division corporate office at One Internation Centre. The project scope includes the renovation of 8,895 SF on one floor to include a large open call center with workstation areas lined by perimeter offices. The suite also features a boardroom, breakroom, and huddle rooms, supporting several departments. The second floor included 3,679 SF of executive offices and open work area.
