Project Overview
Consisting of three speculative concrete tilt-wall buildings, each building features double-story, curtain wall glass corners to accent the height and provide ample natural light into each lease space. The building architecture utilizes staggered panels to provide opportunities for signage and entries unique to each tenant.
To maximize the warehouse use for high pile storage, the buildings range in clear heights from 24 to 30 feet.
