Introducing Synergy, a ground up project in Farmer’s Branch, TX, where modern functionality meets Texan charm. Spanning around 16,000 square feet, the project combines a commercial office, warehouse, and a top-of-the-line training kitchen. Synergy showcases tilt wall construction and conventional framing techniques. Based in its Texan roots, the design has locally sourced materials like limestone, wood, and metal panels, giving it a modern country look.
