Jascole Distribution Center

As part of Phase 1 of the Rosenberg Business Park, Jascole Inc., one of the Southwest’s largest spice and dried food importers, expanded its operations with a new 65,000 SF distribution center designed by Method Architecture and built by Angler Construction. The facility streamlines operations through modern, flexible warehouse and logistics space, improving efficiency from import to delivery. It includes 60,000 SF of warehouse space and 5,000 SF of office space. Completed in early 2026, the project represents a major investment in the Houston-area logistics sector and supports Jascole’s continued growth as a trusted supplier to food manufacturers, restaurants, and wholesalers.
