As a design partner, we understand the importance of a “one team” approach in design build delivery. Our approach to design is truly collaborative involving all team members at each stage to make sure the project is meeting schedule and budget.

Method Architecture is a Native American-owned firm and is certified with multiple entities across the region as a minority-owned business enterprise.
We think architects play an important role in a project, but so does the carpenter, the plumber, the engineer, the project manager, the superintendent, and dozens of other team members that help bring a project to life. We’re different in that our ego-free value resonates throughout our process. Our team-oriented approach ensures we work hand-in-hand with contractors to provide a unified voice and solution to the client.
Sometimes you just need to pick up the phone. In an era of digital communication there is no substitute to getting eyes on a problem in the field and helping resolve challenges face to face. We understand the importance of getting out in front of problems and moving quickly.
It doesn’t matter how good the project looks if it doesn’t fit in the budget. Our design teams work closely with the GC and sub-consultants to create solutions that accomplish the aesthetic goals of the project but that are also cost effective.
Flexible with Changes
We know things don’t always go according to plan. Sometimes owners change their minds, field conditions throw a curve ball, or materials pricing fluctuate. We excel at adapting and making quick changes on the go as new situations develop. We tackle these challenges with the team to propose solutions that work.
Complex challenges require innovative solutions. Our team loves to think outside the box and help creatively solve problems during the design and construction process. Whether its finding more cost-effective solutions or trying to figure out something new, we love a good challenge. We use all of the technological tools in our arsenal to help the team better coordinate and visualize the final design before its built.
Every second counts. Whether reviewing a submittal, responding to RFI’s and questions, or revising drawings – we understand that time is always of the essence. Our team is always looking for ways to reduce project schedules whether it’s through an integrated design process or phased permitting strategies.
Beautifully detailed renderings are great tools for visualization, but we focus the majority of our time on creating quality, well thought out construction documents and details that can be constructed in the field. We implement a tested internal quality control and constructability review at every stage of a project to ensure our drawings clearly communicate the design intent.
