Ruvati’ USA’s corporate headquarters utilizes tall glazing, separating concrete tilt-wall panels along the main facade and progressive exterior appearance to set itself apart from the surrounding buildings. This facility houses Ruvati’s corporate offices, showroom, and warehouse space designed for storage, packaging and light assembly.

Ruvati’s main office space takes advantage of the tall exterior glazing with a double height open office and show room area. A mezzanine provides additional private offices, a conference room, work out facility, and viewing deck for visitors to observe the entire company’s operations without losing valuable floor space on the ground level.

Functionally, the building depth, clear height, and bay sizes were strategically designed to maximize the square footage of building to the site and efficiency of Ruvati’s operations.
