The Landmark Awards recognize real estate projects that make a significant impact on Houston and help sculpt the look, feel, and image of the city. This year, there are 63 finalists in 17 categories. The Houston Business Journal will recognize all the finalists and reveal the winners during the Landmark Awards celebration on Monday, April 8th at Marriott Marquis Houston.

Method was a member of the project team for two awards. One in the Industrial category and the other in the Workplace Interior Category

Pederson Logistics Center

Pederson Logistics Center is a state-of-the-art warehouse distribution development totaling 350,000 square feet on 25-acres. The site has immediate access off of I-10 via the Pederson Road exit and neighbors’ modern conveniences and daily amenities.

Method Architecture at East River Office
The focus of the design was to create a space that will offer flexible work environments and spaces that inspire collaboration. Form dedicated work stations and meeting rooms to cozy booths and hoteling desks, the office provides a dynamic and lively experience. The design team incorporated the Method Architecture brand into the space, bringing life through bright colors and various uses of the Method M logo. The end result is a workspace that inspires creativity and encourages productivity, with its focus on functionality and comfort.
