Method Architecture was recently named a finalist for the Urban Land Institute’s Development of Distinction Awards for work done on East Village in Houston, Texas with Ancorian.
The East Village Redevelopment project is located in the arts and entertainment district of East Downtown where Method Architecture’s Houston office is located. This area also includes retail, hospitality and office space and features a large, central courtyard space with various seating areas, a food truck area and playful aspects such as a ferris wheel.
The ULI Houston Development of Distinction Awards define the standard for excellence in the practice of real estate development in the Houston region. The Award recognizes developments and public open spaces that exemplify best practices in design, construction, economic viability, healthy places, marketing and management.
