METHOD ARCHITECTURE NAMES NEW HOUSTON MARKET PRINCIPAL
Jackie Rye, AIA promoted to Houston Market Principal
(February 23, 2021) – Method Architecture has promoted Jackie Rye, AIA to Houston Market Principal. In this new role, Jackie will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of Method Architecture’s Houston office. This includes managing and providing support for multiple design teams, working closely with some of the firms’ top clients, identifying new opportunities for the Houston market, and strategic planning with the senior leadership team.
Method Architecture has seen consistent growth since it was established in 2016 through the merger of Houston-based Architects Plus and Three Square Design Group. The firm has since expanded into three additional markets including Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio.
The firm has seen tremendous growth over the past five years and we’re looking to continue that trend,” said Method Architecture’s Managing Partner, Jake Donaldson. “We identified a critical need in managing our Houston office operations and could not be more excited about Jackie stepping up to lead the firm in this capacity. She’s been integral to our success thus far and we have every confidence in her ability to lead the Houston office into the future.
Rye joined Method Architecture, previously Three Square Design Group, in 2011 as a project manager. In 2019, she became one of the first Method employees to be promoted to the senior leadership team as an Associate Principal. Most recently, Jackie has led architectural teams for developments such as Logistics Property Company’s CityPark Logistics Center in Missouri City, Transwestern’s Sugar Land Crossroads, Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co, and Big Brothers Big Sisters Houston.

Jackie received her undergrad degree from Texas A&M University and her Master of Architecture from the University of Houston.
